Boiled macaroni pasta tossed in a tasty cheese sauce, topped with Bread Crumbs and Coriander. A very popular dish at kids birthday parties or school events.

Beef Birria Tacos
Our classic slow cooked Birria Beef grilled on a corn tortilla topped with a mix of cheeses, and a red onion coriander mix. Served with our delicious consommé and lemon.

Same receipe as our classic Birria beef, only chicken! Grilled on a corn tortilla topped with a mix of cheeses, and a red onion coriander mix. Served with our delicious consommé and lemon.
Quesadillas (Kids favourite)
A flour tortilla grilled with cheese, onion and coriander served with a side of salsa. Another kids favourite!
The meat lovers can add our birria beef or chicken.
Birria Enchiladas
Our birria beef or chicken with red onion and coriander rolled in a corn tortilla. Baked and topped with a red enchilada sauce and melted cheese.
